Refund Policy

Order Confirmation, Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

You will receive an email with payment instructions and an order confirmation after placing your order. A second email confirming that your order is being processed will be issued as soon as your money is received.

We will get in touch with you if there is a payment issue or if we are unable to complete your order for any reason.

Verification of Shipment

Your order will normally be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of processing. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, tracking links, and contact information for any inquiries will be sent to you.

Methods of shipping

We can deliver to your home address, PO Box, APO address, or place of employment.

For the ease of your next order. On your My Account page, you may also specify your primary shipping address.

Customs

Due to our offshore location in India, local customs will classify your order as an imported item. There might be a wait while Customs completes the required procedures and processes your order. We advise placing your order in advance to account for this phase in order to minimize any inconvenience. The time it takes for Customs to contact you can vary from a few days to as much as three weeks.

Delivery schedules

Most of the time, we dispatch your item as soon as we receive your payment, usually within 24 to 48 hours of you making it. The postal service or shipping companies are solely responsible for the delivery schedules.

A notification alerting you to the attempted delivery will be left if you are not accessible at the time of delivery. Instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or where to pick up your goods from the local post office will be included in the notice. Before being returned to us, things are usually kept at the post office for a maximum of four weeks.

Customs may hold your order for three to twenty-one days before getting in touch with you if they are holding it for unpaid import duties.

Please give us an extra seven days if your order hasn’t arrived by the scheduled delivery period so we can assess if the delay is the result of customs processing, shipping problems, or order loss.

Lost orders and reshipments

If you contact us within eight weeks of the ship date, we will be pleased to provide a refund or reshipment for any lost orders. Please be aware that orders reported after the 8-week timeframe will not be eligible for refunds or reshipments.

If your order hasn’t arrived, we are pleased to reship it, but only under the following guidelines:

In addition to the usual delivery period, seven more days have passed since the shipment date.

The shipping address you gave is accurate.

If you submit the wrong address, you will be liable for the cost of replacing the order. After the original order is returned, a member of our billing staff will contact you with information about your refund. Please be aware that as return shipping is not covered, the refund procedure could take weeks or months.

Refunds and Returns

We will reship your order if it is damaged during transportation or is not delivered for any reason. We will reimburse the full sum in accordance with your request if you would want a complete refund.

However, if you got a partial order, we will only charge you for the item or items you received and give you a complete refund.

Please give us thirty business days after the order was dispatched. Please email us at admin@safegenericmeds.com if, after 30 days, you have not received your order or if you have received any information that it has been placed on hold or returned to the sender. We will take swift action to address your request.
